Winter isn’t officially here yet, but it sure feels like it is. It’s gotten much colder in the past week or so and the upcoming forecast is nothing but rain. I usually hate the cold, but this year, I’m welcoming it with open arms. It’s been such a long time since we had a real winter in California so I’m really looking forward to it. I already have a small collection of winter favorites that will keep me warm and cozy during the season.
I had never heard of Voluspa products until I got this Santiago Huckleberry candle as a birthday gift back in September. The limited edition tin is freakin’ beautiful. I feel elegant just having it in my room. And the scent? It’s amazing! It’s got this sweet, fruity aroma that fills the room quickly but isn’t too strong, which is perfect for my taste. I wish you could just smell it through your screen right now.
These pajama pants that I got at Target make me so incredibly happy. They are so soft and I feel a little bit like royalty walking around in them. The floral print and pink bow at the waistband are just too adorable. I can’t believe I was able to find these at Target. I would’ve walked away with two more Gilligan & O’Malley PJ pants if they had any left in my size.
My last favorite came as an early gift from my mom, in the form of a super soft and plush throw, from Costco of all places! I love wrapping myself up in this and layering it over my other blankets for extra warmth at night. And with that, I have the makings of a cozy night in. All I need now is a hot cup of tea and a good book to read. Or maybe a good movie? Any recommendations?
